What should we wear for our session?
Coordinate, don't match. Soft earth tones — cream, sage, terracotta, dusty blue, deep green — photograph beautifully against the park's greenery. Avoid bright neons, large logos, and stiff brand-new shoes. Layers for kids are smart in case the BC weather decides to be BC weather.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain or overcast skies are honestly some of the most flattering light you can get. If we get heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we'll reach out by 8am that morning and reschedule you to a backup date the following weekend at no extra cost.
When will we get our photos?
Within 7 days of your session you'll receive a private online gallery with all your edited proofs. Once you choose your package, your final high-resolution images are delivered as instant downloads — no waiting on USB sticks in the mail.
How does payment work?
There is no charge to book your session. After your gallery is delivered, you choose the package that fits — $100, $150, or $200 — and pay securely by e-transfer or credit card. If you decide the photos aren't for you, you owe nothing.
Where exactly is the photoshoot?
It's a beautiful, easy-access park in Surrey BC with mature trees, walking paths, and lots of natural light. We share the exact location, parking instructions, and a map pin with you in your confirmation email so you'll know exactly where to meet.
Can we bring our dog or extended family?
Absolutely — well-behaved dogs and grandparents are very welcome. Just give us a heads-up in the booking notes so we can plan a few group shots and a few candid moments inside your 20-minute window.
